Watch Out For
- SNKRS Reserve orders and By You custom soccer jerseys cannot be returned. These categories are explicitly excluded from Nike's return policy regardless of condition or timeframe. SNKRS Reserve orders also cannot be exchanged.
- Nike Clearance purchases are final sale — and Clearance stores won't take other returns either. Items bought at a Nike Clearance store cannot be returned anywhere. You also cannot return items purchased at a full-price Nike store or online to a Nike Clearance location.

Standard return window and eligibility
Nike’s US return policy gives you 60 days from the delivery or purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Nike Members get free return shipping; guest shoppers should check the return flow for applicable costs.
What can’t be returned
Several categories are explicitly excluded from Nike’s return policy:
Custom “By You” soccer jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. SNKRS Reserve orders are final — no returns, no exchanges. Nike Clearance store purchases are final sale. Apple Watch accessories bought from Nike have only a 14-day return window. Nike x LEGO sets must be sealed and unopened to be returned. Gift cards and items marked nonreturnable at the time of purchase are also excluded.
Hyperice items are a specific edge case: they cannot be returned at Nike stores, with the sole exception of Nike The Grove.
Nike Clearance stores
This cuts two ways. First, anything you buy at a Nike Clearance location is final sale. Second, you cannot use a Nike Clearance store as a drop-off point for returns of items purchased elsewhere — Clearance locations simply do not accept returns.
Shipping fees
Outbound shipping fees are not refunded as part of a return, unless you received the wrong item. The refund covers the price of the item(s) returned, not the cost of getting them to you.
Exchanges
Nike allows exchanges through the same return flow. SNKRS Reserve orders cannot be exchanged. Custom By You soccer jerseys cannot be exchanged.
